Dynamic Google Page Rank for Detronizator.org

Today is a great day ( :P ): I have added Google Page Rank calculation on the sidebar (→) of my weblog. It’s possible thanks to the [en:PHP] class “Google Page Rank Checker” by Emre Odabas, hosted on PHPClasses (the most important source-of-code-and-snippets for PHP Developers). The class calculates “only” the integer value (between 1 and 10): the graphic representation is by me. Actual Page Rank? 5!!! O_o

Why I love UK? A Bit of Blair and Fry

Few days ago I had changed the subtitle of my [en:weblog] Consider yourself Perfectible makes you Perfect! It’s not about me… or, better, it’s not ONLY about me. It’s about EVERYTHING. About Countries too. What it means? Follow me… Today I have listened (and readed) this podcast entitled “PM (Prime Minister) and Stephen Fry reflect on modern Britishness”: it’s the newest podcast from the website of 10, Downing Street. I have discovered it also, after the one about the Queen. ...

The Google Masterplan

The video, for first: The official site of this “project” is: http://masterplanthemovie.com/. Personally, I think only few of these “considerations” are sharable: they should give the source of assertations like “Google and CIA collaboration” and “Google genetic research”. But, in terms of quality of the video, IT IS AMAZING: an incomparable level of ideas, post-production and super-graphic!!! Source, DownloadBlog.

Virtualization? Why not?

… because the [en:Microsoft|M$’s] mormons think to squeeze money from consumers also from this. I’m reading on TUAW that: … This means that if you want to run Vista on Parallels, and want to keep within the terms of the EULA, you’ll need to buy either the Business or Ultimate versions, whose [en:EULA]s allow for virtualized use… M$ wants to control also the “environment” where Vista runs, not only what runs INSIDE Vista. Does it sound like… [en:Mafia]? Where is our freedom to install the buyed system ANYWHERE WE WANT TO? ...

Il Dildo Cromato

Lo so, potrà sembrare quasi volgare come definizione, ma… quello è. Vista è questo. Una nuova interfaccia grafica strafica sul… nulla. Niente di davvero nuovo. Nessuna rivoluzione. Solo tanti calcoli affaticanti per la nostra scheda 3D, che non regalano DAVVERO nulla di utile a livello di [it:Usabilità] ([it:Microsoft|M$] davvero non sa cosa sia…). ...

Il VERO fattore WOW!!!

Pollycoke, che sta ormai acquistando una certa notorietà in tutta la comunità Italiana (ma non solo), ci parla di una proposta SCONVOLGENTE (in positivo) fatta dalla comunità degli sviluppatori del Kernel ai produttori di hardware: […] the Linux kernel community is offering all companies free Linux driver developmentAll that is needed is some kind of specification that describes how your device works, or the email address of an engineer that is willing to answer questions every once in a while. […] In return, you will receive a complete and working Linux driver that is added to the main Linux kernel source tree ...
