Yesterday, waiting for Morfeus (the God, not the Blue-Pill-Red-Pill Freak) to catch me and bring me to sleep. I had this movie in my beloved iPhone, “Lars and the Real Girl”.

It’s pure gold. A movie about a guy, Lars (Ryan Gosling), who has a very strange mental disease, that needs a Girlfriend but is unable to catch-and-kiss the classical Next-Door-Girl (Kelli Garner) that loves him… also if she is aware of his sickness.

After a lot of unmotivated comments (for the quality of the Movie itself) about my post about Domino Harvey, I finally have another Domino to talk about.

This is an ads going on in the UK TV. It’s from Guinness, one of the most strong-tasty (I say “not very much good tasty”), beer that you can find in any pub here. But the advert is very very good ;)

Saw 4 is on is way. And who LOVE this series knows that will be very very… very difficult to make something better than the previous movies. But this clip, with the autopsy of JigSaw, is just PERFECT!!! Everything as usual: unexpected and bleeding.

Probably… a little bit of spoilering… or not? I think not! Take a look and let me know.

By the way, I putted it after “continue…” because the images very horrifying (I’d say “amazing”, but someone will think I’m a Serial Killer ;-) ).

“Wandering” on Cine|blog I have found something special and unexpecteed: the cinematographic transposition of Silk.

Silk is a novel by Italian writer [Alessandro Baricco](en:Alessandro Baricco). It was translated into English in 1997 by Guido Waldman. A new English translation by Ann Goldstein was published in 2006.

Lelly has lent it to me two months ago: I have read it in few ours!!! A beautiful history of love and passion, written without written words: everything is a gesture, an intuition, a reference to something thinkable but not expressible.

Recita così il finale di questo spot che MelaBlog ha pescato su www.spot80.it.

Personalmente, le immagini potevano anche essere “buone” ma il messaggio, così come viene passato, è davvero scadente e quasi banale. Ma forse il mio palato ormai è assuefatto quasi alla moderna pubblicità, dove i giochi dei “doppi sensi”, del “non detto”, del “sussurrato”, della “seduzione intellettiva”… la fanno da padrone.

Però, il messaggio è comunque VERO: il Mio iBook, il primo Mac, mi ha fatto DAVVERO PIU’ FELICE. ;)

Zune, launched on the market few days ago, is getting only bad reviews and comments, and it’s the target of every show-man in the USA. I’m not surprised about this: Zune have NO APPEAL!!! Spot "Get a Mac" localizzati

Gli spot “Get a Mac”, già segnalati in precedenza, sono finalmente stati tradotti.

Onestamente il doppiaggio é di basso livello (la versione originale é molto più spassosa), ma… si ride comunque. Io avrei preso una voce più giovane per interpretare Justin. Ad esempio, la sua voce nel film con la Lohan (il remake di “Herbie”, per capirci) sarebbe andata mooooolto meglio.

Quando ho visto il film, ho dato per scontato che fosse una invenzione il personaggio di Domino Harvey.

L’unica cosa che mi ha insospettito é stato un “cammeo” nel finale: una ragazza magra, con i capelli corti rossastri che dice

«Mi chiamo Domino Harvey»

Lì ho capito che forse qualcosa di vero c’era.

HVF: Ho Visto un Film

Premessa #1: io ho apprezzato il libro dei signor D.Brown, ritenendolo sostanzialmente ben scritto: anche se costellato da piccole imprecisioni rispetto alle Unità Aristoteliche, forzature, punti poco chiari o “arronzati”… il libro é “leggero” da leggere e se ne scende anche in 2 sole notti di lettura. Premessa #2: do per scontato che chi mi legge conosca il libro e la sua trama almeno all'80% (i dettagli non sono così importanti).

Cosa ho visto questa sera? Ho visto un film PESSIMO!!! La storia di D.Brown é stata stravolta, storpiata, privata di tutti i suoi punti più “caldi” e “interessanti”, in nome, probabilmente, della necessità di rendere il film “commerciabile”. E poi… la paura… ma ne parlo dopo.
